• Not acting on behalf of another person or business entity

2.3 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Megasloto at all times. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment details to circumvent restrictions is a serious violation of these Terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your megasloto account password and login credentials confidential. megasloto will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login information.

3.2 Information Updates

You are required to ensure that all information registered with megasloto is accurate and up to date at all times. Should there be any changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment details, please update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Megasloto reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) from members at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents typically required include:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Megasloto only accepts payments through legitimate and recognised methods in Malaysia. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

• Bets accepted and confirmed before the start of an event are valid and binding

• Bets placed on cancelled events will be refunded to the user's account balance
• Odds and betting limits are subject to change without prior notice
• Any evidence of match-fixing will result in the cancellation of all related bets
